ELDER FELIX BAMIDELE AJIBODE
President, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Elder. Felix Bamidele Ajibode holds an impressive educational background and extensive experience in cooperative management and finance. His journey from acquiring a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance to earning a Master’s degree in Cooperative and Business Management showcases his dedication to enhancing his knowledge in the field. His foundational training at the Federal Cooperative College Ibadan, where he underwent Certificate and Diploma studies in Cooperatives, laid the groundwork for his subsequent career in the cooperative sector.
With sixteen years of field experience, he gained practical insights into cooperative operations before transitioning to an academic role at Ogun State Cooperative College, where he contributed as one of the pioneer tutorial staff.
His service at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, culminating in retirement as an Assistant Chief Instructor, reflects his commitment to education and mentorship in cooperative studies. Throughout his career, Mr. Ajibode has demonstrated a scholarly inclination, evidenced by his numerous conference presentations, journal articles, and book publications.
He is a promoter of Peace and Peaceful Working Relationship among the various cooperative stakeholders in South-West, Nigeria.
His professional affiliations as an Associate Member of the Institute of Management (ANIM), a Member of the Institute of Business Strategy (MIBS), and a fellow at the Institute of Cooperative Professionals of Nigeria (ICOPRON) underscore his dedication to staying connected with industry best practices and advancements.
Elder Ajibode’s recognition with a distinguished award in Cooperative Education and Research from ICOPRON in 2011, Exemplary Cooperative Leadership and Governance, Department of Cooperative Economics, Nnamdi Azikwe University, Awka and an Award of Exemplary Cooperative Leadership from the Osun State Ministry of Cooperative and Empowerment, 2024 further attests to his significant contributions to the cooperative Education and research.
Currently serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited, he continues to steer cooperative enterprises towards sustainable growth and development.
ALAHJI ADESOPE WASIU ADEKUNLE (FCA)
General Manager, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Alh. Adesope Adekunle (FCA) boasts an impressive career trajectory, showcasing his expertise in the fields of accountancy, auditing, and management. Graduating from both Moshood Abiola Polytechnic and the University of Ado Ekiti with degrees in Accountancy, he further honed his skills by obtaining a master’s degree in Business Administration with a Finance focus from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
His membership as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) underscores his commitment to professional excellence. Throughout his career, he has navigated diverse roles, including serving as both External and Internal Auditor for numerous companies and parastatals including The Polytechnic, Ibadan, Oyo State. In 2008, he made a significant move to Nigeria Wire and Cable Plc, where he assumed the pivotal position of Head of Internal Audit and Control. His dynamic abilities led him to pioneer the role of Management Accountant within the same company, showcasing his adaptability and leadership qualities.
Transitioning to the telecommunications industry in 2010, he joined E-TX Nigeria Limited as the Head of Internal Audit & Control, simultaneously shouldering responsibilities as the Human Resources Manager until 2014, that same year, he became the Head of Audit and was promoted to the account department as the Head of Finance and Account at Cooperative Investment and Trust (now Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited) and was later promoted as the Head of Audit and Compliance.
In 2021, he was promoted as the Deputy General Manager of the Organisation. This multi-faceted role highlights his versatility and capability to manage diverse functions within an organization. Currently, as the General Manager at Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited, he continues to demonstrate his acumen in auditing and governance, contributing significantly to the success of the organization.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Adesope Adekunle Wasiu finds fulfillment in his personal life, enjoying the blessings of a happy marriage and the joys of parenthood with his beloved family.
KAYODE JOHNSON OLORUNTOBI ESQ.
Deputy General Manager, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Mr. Oloruntobi is a legal practitioner with a passion for dynamic and challenging environments that offer reciprocal growth opportunities. With a degree in Law (LL.B) (Hons) from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Akoko, and a call to the Nigerian Bar at the Nigerian Law School (BL), Oloruntobi has a solid foundation in legal practice.
Driven by a flair for business management & governance, Oloruntobi also holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko.
His career journey includes practicing law at Messers Muyiwa Olusa & Co., Allen Avenue, Ikeja, before transitioning to Cooperative Investment and Trust Society Limited, where he started as a Legal Officer and later became the Head of Admin and Legal. Mr. Kayode Oloruntobi is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Cooperative Professionals, He holds a Professional Diploma in Cooperative Economics and Management from Federal Cooperative College, Eleyele, Ibadan, Oyo State.
Currently, Oloruntobi serves as the Deputy General Manager of Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited, where his expertise as a seasoned litigator and astute corporate manager contributes to the conglomerate’s growth and success.
Kayode Olorutobi Esq. is happily married with lovely children.
MR. OJUOLAPE OLALEKAN TEDDY
Head Security and Protocol, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Mr. Lekan is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and a commitment to excellence. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, both from Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba, Akoko, Ondo State.
In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Lekan has pursued further professional development, obtaining a certificate in Strategic Security Management for Change from the Private Security and Civil Defence Corps in collaboration with the Institute of Security, Nigeria.
Mr. Lekan began his career at Cooperative Investment and Trust Society Limited (now Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited) in 2013, where he joined as an Administrative Officer.
His dedication, hard work, and attention to detail have seen him rise through the ranks, and he currently serves as the Head of Security Operations and Protocol at Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Mr. Ojuolape Olalekan. is happily married with lovely children.
MR. OLADIMEJI WASIU IDOWU
Head Accounts & Finance, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Oladimeji Wasiu Idowu’s educational background and professional journey reflect a commitment to excellence in the field of accounting and finance. Holding a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from The Polytechnic Ibadan and pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, he is actively enhancing his academic qualifications to complement his practical experiences.
His career trajectory began as an Account Clerk at Oyo State Agricultural Inputs and Supply Limited (OYSAISUL) in 2007, where he likely gained foundational experience in financial record-keeping and administration.
Transitioning to Coop Investment and Trust Society Limited in 2016 as an Account Officer, he further honed his skills in financial management and analysis, gaining valuable insights into cooperative finance and investment.
In 2022, he ascended to the role of Head of Audit and Internal Control, showcasing his proficiency in ensuring financial integrity and regulatory compliance within the organization. His tenure in this position likely involved overseeing internal audit processes, risk management, and implementing effective internal control systems.
Currently, as the Head of Finance and Accounts at Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited, Oladimeji Wasiu Idowu assumes a leadership role in managing the financial operations and strategy of the organization. MR. DOKUNMU OLUMAYOWA ADEGBOYEGA
Head Internal Audit & Compliances, Odua Cooperative Conglomerate Limited.
Dokunmu Olumayowa’s professional journey showcases a diverse range of experiences, indicating his versatility and commitment to growth. Graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Cooperative and Business Management in 2014 from Olabisi Onabanjo University, he quickly delved into administrative roles, starting as an Administrative Officer at Redeemer’s College, Ilaro, in 2016. Prior to this, he served as an Admin Officer at Oliveland Academy, Katsina Ala, Benue State, in 2015, demonstrating his adaptability in different educational settings.
During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year in 2015, he contributed to the democratic process by serving as an Adhoc staff member for the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). This experience likely provided him with valuable insights into governance and civic responsibility.
His involvement as the General Secretary at Olabisi Onabanjo Graduating Farmer’s Cooperative (CMS) in Ayetoro, Ogun State, further underscores his commitment to cooperative and community-based initiatives. In 2014, he assumed the role of Assistant Manager at Anuoluwapo Credit and Multipurpose Union in Owode Yewa, showcasing his managerial skills and capacity for leadership. Currently, Dokunmu Olumayowa is doing his Master’s Degree Program in the same University.

His certification in Child-Centered Education reflects his dedication to holistic and child-focused learning approaches.
